Ownership is built in three layers:

 

 1️⃣ Clarity and Structure: People can’t own what they don’t understand. Be crystal clear on expectations and hold meetings that are structured intentionally to build a sense of purpose.


2️⃣ Authority and Accountability: Don’t just dump tasks and projects, delegate by giving a framework for decision-making authority and then provide accountability through key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure there is nowhere to hide.


3️⃣ Support: Show that you’re for them, not just after results. People rise when they feel supported.

 

If one of those is off, your business stalls.
But when they align, everything accelerates…communication, performance, culture, and profit.

You don’t need to overhaul your team.
