We’re coming up on the end of another year, and before you step into 2026 with new goals, new plans, or new commitments… I want to offer you something much more important: Alignment.
Most high achievers, leaders, and entrepreneurs, skip this step.
We rush straight into planning, mapping out goals, setting intentions, and making lists.
But here's the thing - you cannot design an aligned year if your life, leadership, and business, are misaligned.
Before you step into the new season, take a breath and ask yourself:
1. What needs to be released?
Not everything from this year deserves to follow you into the next.
Some responsibilities, rhythms, and expectations were meant for a season, not a lifetime.
2. Where did I feel most like myself?
Those moments reveal your calling.
Joy, peace, and purpose leave clues.
3. What patterns pulled me out of alignment?
This is where change begins.
Before you ask “What do I want in 2026?” ask, “What kept me from alignment in 2025?”
Real transformation always begins with self-awareness.
4. Who am I becoming?
You are not defined by your past year.
You are shaped by your present choices.
Identity drives action and action shapes your future.
5. What is God whispering to me in this season?
Purpose is rarely loud.
It’s quiet, steady, consistent.
And year-end reflection is where many leaders rediscover it.
Here's a truth I want you to hold onto:
You don’t need a busier year.
You need an aligned year.
You don’t need more goals; you need the right goals.
You don’t need more motivation: you need structure and clarity.
You don’t need to strive harder: you need to live more intentionally.
